Replacement of lamps and bulbs. Litefix only use recognised brands of lamps for optimum performance and lifetime. We replace lamps that have failed and those that are approaching the end of their life (preventative maintenance) thereby avoiding repeated callouts and maintaining the desired lighting levels. We will ensure that the colour temperatures of the lamps are the same as those already installed and are not mixed.
Repair or replacement of light fittings and control gear Litefix Ltd. currently works closely and has business accounts with most of the major lighting and control gear manufacturers. We can source replacement control gear or replacement fittings directly with the manufacturer at minimum expense and we pass this saving on to our customer. There is no electrical wholesaler or “middleman” to raise the prices. The replacement control gear is guaranteed for 3 years.
Cleaning of light fittings, lamps and louvers Cleaning including louvers, reflectors and protective glass lens and is a further service offered by Litefix to ensure the optimum performance of luminaires is achieved.
Scheduled regular visits We can agree a schedule of repeated visits to ensure maintained lighting levels are achieved and reduce the number of breakdowns and subsequent replacement costs.
There is no contract to sign. All that we ask is for a commitment from both parties.
All defective lamps and gear are removed from site and disposed of in line with current environmental legislation and guidelines.
